You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your Azumen item. To qualify, please ensure the jewelry is in its original condition and packaging.
Tracking Your Return
To track the status of your return, use the tracking number provided by your shipping carrier. The format typically includes two letters, a series of numbers, and ends with two letters (e.g., “RE123456789GB”). Enter this tracking number on a universal tracking website like parcelsapp.com to get real-time updates on your return’s status.
Processing Your Refund and Refund Status
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. After your return is recorded, we’ll issue your refund based on your payment method:
- Credit Card: Refunds are processed within 24 hours; however, some banks may take an additional 3-5 business days.
- PayPal: Refunds are usually issued instantly.
- Klarna, Afterpay, and Other Buy Now, Pay Later Services: Your invoice will be updated within 1-2 business days. Any future payments will be adjusted or canceled, and if already paid, the amount will be refunded to your payment method.
Important Notes
- Refunds are only issued to the original form of payment.
- Unfortunately, we cannot change the receiving account or card for the refund.
- PayPal refunds can be issued up to 180 days from the original payment date.
