If you’d like to return an item to Azumen, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it.
- EU and International Returns: Send to our facility in Sweden.
Starting Your Return:
You can initiate your return by filling out the Return Form or by emailing us at support@azumen.com.
If emailing us, please include the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Item Name for Return
- Reason for Return
- Is the Item Defective or Damaged?
- Agreement to Return Policy
Once Your Return is Confirmed:
After our team confirms your return and provides return instructions, please follow these steps:
- Mark the Parcel Clearly with your order number and name.
- Use a Tracked Shipping Service for a secure return. This is essential, as we can’t guarantee a refund for untraceable, lost returns.
- Take a Photo of the parcel and shipping label as proof of shipment.
- Provide Tracking Details: Once posted, email us the tracking number and photo of the return label so we can monitor the return.
- Customs Declaration (Non-EU): Complete a customs declaration form (e.g., CN22) and mark the item as 'returned goods' to avoid additional fees.
Processing Time:
Once the return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for handling. Processing may be extended during holidays or peak times.
