Once you place your Azumen order, a confirmation email is typically sent within 10 minutes, confirming that we’ve received your order and are preparing your jewelry for shipping.
Your order is generally dispatched within 1-2 business days if all items are in stock. If an item is out of stock, you’ll see a notification at checkout, or our team will contact you with the expected fulfillment time.
Orders are usually shipped on weekdays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest.
